Needed to hinge 2 pieces of plexiglass together. Was easy to use and as of this point seems to be holding together well.

I bought these to fix a fold down windshield on a golf cart as the original vinyl hinge deteriorated from the sun. I spaced these evenly across the seam, allowed them to setup for 48 hours after installing and them seem to be extremely strong and the adhesive is extremely strong. One of them wasn't aligned quite right (user error) and I wanted to remove it to reposition it - not happening. Could not get it loose without fear of doing some damage. For the money, these are a well made and easy solution to this rather unusual problem.

Purchased these to hand a mirror in our travel trailer. I wanted it to swing for jewelry storage behind it. It worked fine at first, but within 4 months it fell off twice. The hinges themselves are nice, for plastic. But the adhesive it comes with sucks.

Worked great to replace old glass top middle connector pieces on 6ft long tank. 2x hinges on each of the 3 sections. Scraped the glass clean, scrubbed with sponge, cleaned with isopropyl and heated up with blow dryer as I pressed them into place. Seem to be on there pretty well!

May be OK for a light duty application only.I tried to use these plastic hinges to repair/replace the hinge in the glove box of my Buick that had broken. Didn’t work out at all. The adhesive was pretty strong but not strong enough, I just came off and I threw them away, just so you all know

I wanted replacement hinges for the plastic hinges for my aquarium. The plastic ones are EXPENSIVE and last maybe 6 months before they start splitting. These are sturdy acrylic with a stainless steel rod. Of course, it was a bit tricky ensuring that they were evenly centered and the hinge was straight along the seam, but I think I did pretty well. Be aware though, that if you do what I did - buttressing the edges of the glass pieces together - the hinge will still work perfectly, except that you WILL have a slight (maybe 1/8") gap at the front or back, due to the extra spacing the other hinges provide. There are also polypropylene hinges of the same type (as the original plastic ones) which may last longer than the plastic ones - I almost went with those. So you have options other than the OEM plastic hinges!

Using these on a heavy and thick glass aquarium lid, none of them have failed to stick to the glass so far

I didn't even get to use the display I made using these and one board was completely disconnected 2 of the hinges came off completely. Sticky glue on it is horrendous
