Q: Are these 6 individual socks or 6 pairs of socks.

It is 6 pairs of socks. They are extremely comfortable and warm!

Q: 100% cotton or blend?

Just got my order. They are only 43% cotton. Will be returning.

Q: Are they full cushion or just the bottom?

Not a cushion sole but there is more fabric than in some ankle socks

Q: i wear size 12 sneak will these fit?

Well it says for sizes 6 - 12 so it should I would think. I wear a size 10 and of course it's plenty roomy for me. But they are tight around the elastic part around the top above my ankle. Well tighter than a normal sock. Not so much they cut off blood circulation but it is noticeable.
