Snout Soother

I was a bit reluctant to buy this as I thought it was rather expensive. However, within 48 hours my bulldogs nose has gone from being very dry and crusty to a very moist and smooth one. I highly recommend this balm, it works wonders!

I couldn't bare to look another day at my french bulldogs nose knowing how dry it was and no matter what I did it didn't go away it looked as though he had little mushrooms on his nose but it just wouldn't go away, he was only 10 months and just had his check up so I knew it wasn't anything sinister! Alas I went on my hunt to come across to finding SNOUT! After I read other reviews i thought I'd give it a whirl, for £15 I thought its gunner be a small tub but my god I was pleasantly suprised! when I opened it it's a green substance like a vasaline tin with no smell which I was happy about as my dog has very sensitive skin, I applied a small amount only dabbed my finger on the product and waited for the magic to happen but days went by and nothing, after I thought I'd braught another dud, I thought I'd give it another few days before I gave up, but this particular day the product had melted slightly and i had more on my finger a good pea sized amount and applied it his nose look wet after applying it, which it hadn't before, I continued to do this with a larger amount and day by the little crusty mushrooms started to fall off and his nose began to look dare I say it a proper dogs nose smooth and normal not cracked like the desert! I continued to apply it and under 2 weeks his nose is fine I can't stop looking at it I'm amazed this SNOUT is mighty powerful! It won't be the last one I'm buying I'd buy it a million times over it was my saviour! X

Absolutely brilliant stuff. My dog has dry, sore jowels, i think its like a cold sore. Dry and cracks, then bleeds and obviously grey sore. I have tried all sorts and nothing does it long enough for any relief. So my last ditch attempt to get her to feel comfortable, was to try this. I put it on before going out on 2 walks and within 2 days the dry patch isn't dry, it hasn't gone completely, because she's scratches before I can stop her but the soreness is loads better. I will continue to use this even if its just to help her feel comfortable. Very happy with the speed of results...Not much smell if any at all. My dog tolerated it very well.

I'm quite impressed with this product. My dog suffers with severe rhinitus and has awful nose bleeds and her poor nose had got very dry and crusty around the sides. This SOOTHER has certainly made a difference. It would probably be even better if she stopped trying to lick it all off.

My dog had been suffering from black crusty growths and feathers around the nose for six months. It started with just one growth and gradually worsened. The growths would eventually drop off and be replaced by new growths. Two months ago, I took my dog to the vet with a sample of growth that had dropped off. the vet said that she did not know what it was but that she could put the sample under the microscope. Total cost £61. The verdict was that there was nothing bacterial or fungal in the growths. Her only suggestion was to take a biopsy whilst my dog was under anesthesia which would cost several hundred pounds. I decided to surf the net and try and solve the problem myself before resorting to the vet’s suggestion. The growths were not causing my dog any discomfort and there were no other symptoms but they were worsening and looked unsightly. I first tried a homeopathic remedy for warts in case the problem was viral. This did not work, then in desperation, after further surfing on the net, I came across snout soother. I did not think that the problem could be dryness as the growths were at the edges of the nose, and surely the vet would have considered this possibility? However it was worth a try. I am on Day 6 and the problem has virtually gone. There was an improvement in 24 hours. It really is quite incredible. The product is lovely to apply. I just rub my ring finger gently in a circle in the product to warm it up and soften before applying. My dog doesnt like it being applied but I give her a treat immediately afterwards to stop her licking it off. One reviewer suggested that vaseline would work just as well. Maybe it would, but I doubt it .... this is a quality product with natural ingredients with a lighter texture and lovely gentle smell. I wish I had taken photos. Needless to say, I am changing my vet.

Firstly I am a busy mummy so I never find the time to write a review but oh my god! This stuff is amazing I was hesitant to buy it because of the price as a single mum but After using coconut oil on my Frenchies nose For the past year, maybe it was just getting really bad and not working anymore I have used a little bit of this every day and the change in her nose was so quick by the end of day one I could see a difference and by day three Her nose is absolutely perfectly fine Literally cannot believe it It will hundred percent be a rebuy I think I’ve actually put it on repeat ! This stuff is great. My rescue has had issies woth dry snout for a couple of years and we were constantly battling it. Within 24 hours of using this it was clearing up. I did use a bigger blob the first day and rub it in for a few seconds but honestly I never expected to see results as fast as I did. Now I use it once a week on all 4 dogs just as a precaution (and the other 3 are jelous if only one gets it lol). A couple of weeks ago my own forehead went dry, cracked and bleeding (I have psoriasis and eczema and suspect it was both at once) amd the skin was falling of. It came out of nowhere and was awful - as I was reaching for my steroid treatment I remembered this stuff and decided to give that a try instead. Applied liberally to the forehead it was visibly improved within a couplw of hours and that one single 'dose' cleared it completely within 36 hours - something the steroids would have taken a week or more to achieve! So, not only did this clear up Mac's awful nose issues but it was amazing for my problem skin too. The tin may be small but I still have well over half left - I love this stuff!!

Firstly, this product arrived less than 24hrs after order with Prime - so great service there. Having read all of the good reviews, I thought I would give snout soother a whirl on my elderly chihuahua, My poor old dog had been suffering with a dry, flaky, knobbly and gnarly snout for several months. I'm not sure what has caused this, old age perhaps or a fondness of sitting close the the radiator, fire or any other heat source (she loves a sun trap). Her nose looked awful and I imagine painful. I applied the soother as instructed as soon as it arrived and after several daily applications within 2 days her snout was so much better. After 4 days, it had returned to normal and all dryness completely gone. I was amazed at how quickly the product worked. I am now applying daily to her snout moisturised. She doesn't seem to mind it at all and is getting used to the regime; the product is pleasant and non-greasy. I would highly recommend Snout Soother.

Ho scelto questa crema perché è totalmente naturale e visto che va messa sul naso, non volevo che potesse leccarsi roba chimica. Nel giro di 3 giorni il tartufo della mia Bulla Inglese è tornato idratato e morbidissimo!!! Ho provato a mettergliela anche su una zona della schiena, dove a causa di una ferita, le si era fatta ormai da mesi una cicatrice e non ricresceva più nessun pelo. Ho provato a mettergliela anche lì, tanto mi son detta è naturale e male che sarebbe andata, non sarebbe successo nulla, ma il pelo dopo 5 mesi che non cresceva più, le è rispuntato di nuovo!!!! Sono felicissima!!!!

I have a French Bulldog and her nose frequently gets dried out and cracked. Using this balm, I’m able to keep her nose soft and supple. She does tend to lick some of it off when I apply it to her nose, but I can usually distract her with a toy until it has had time to start working. I would definitely recommend this product if your dog struggles with a dry nose.

Das ist ein super Produkt! Nicht mal 1 Woche hat es gedauert, um die trockene, bröckelnde Nase meines frenchies wieder zum Leben zu erwecken! Diese Salbe bewirkt wunder!!! Ich habe seine Nase nur 1-2 mal täglich eingeschmiert.. meistens übernacht ganz dick wenn er schläft und nicht beim toben dazu kommt, sie sich abzuwischen.. Sie ist nicht mehr wieder zu erkennen. Außerdem ist sie nach dem die Salbe bereits eingezogen ist, sehr lange befeuchtet.. verhindert also immer wieder das eintrocknen! Kann ich ehrlich nur empfehlen.. ist ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert!

Mi bulldog tenía unas crostras en la nariz que no se le iban. Con esto se le han ablandado y caído a cachos. Le ha quedado la trufilla bien. Recomendable y dura mucho, porque con nada de frotar el dedo ya vale para una aplicación. Buen producto!
