Excellent
I didn’t expect much from this item baring in mind that it was so cheap, but I’m pleasantly impressed, it feels quite substantial and combined with so many interchangeable bits makes it a really good deal

It’s ok for the price
It’s not the most well-made one out there, but it’s just fine for around-the-house maintenance. Suspect it won’t last forever but has held up fine so far. Great use of the handle for storage!

Cheap and cheerful (and a bit nasty)
To my mind the slider for in or out is oriented incorrectly - I would expect to slide it inwards (towards the workpiece) in order to ratchet a screw or bolt in, and vice versa. Minor point of user interface design. The accompanying bits rattle around inside as if they were something of an afterthought. The sticky white paper attached to the driver is:a) non-removableb) inexcusablec) execrabled) cheape) nastyf) pants(I could go on, but you get what you pay for and it hasn't broken yet.)

Does what it says in the description on Amazon
Good solid tool, fits most everyday screws around the house, would recommend.

No problem with the sticker
The screwdriver is nice, seems decent for the price and very handy for storing the bits.I don't know why people are docking a star complaining about the sticker leaving residue? I took the whole sticker off without issue, just don't rip it off and use the sticker to also pull the residue off (if any)

Easiest way to remove that annoying sticky label....
I brought this as I needed a cheap replacement for a previous rachet screwdriver that broke (not Draper), I did a quick search on Amazon and this one kept coming up in the results, so for £5 inc free delivery I thought I would take a risk and I'm glad I did, it arrived in a sturdy box well wrapped in parcel tape. The supplied screwdriver bits are supplied together with a bit holder (always useful to have spares) inside the handle, now to the label thats attached to the front, yes it is a stupid idea as other reviewers have said but I think I've found the best way to remove it and the sticky residue, all you need is WD40, after removing most of the label I sprayed the remainder with WD40 and left it soaking in for about 30 mins, when I came back the rest of the label came off with no effort as well as the sticky residue, problem solved, cannot comment yet about the durabilty yet as I have yet to do any serious screwdriving work with it.

Very useful screwdriver
Bought this to use as part of a bike repair kit I am putting together for touring around. I am very happy with it overall except for one thing. When you come to remove the barcode/item label, most of it still stays stuck to the shaft. The only way to remove it is to soak it in hot soapy water for a few hours. This has been mentioned before in another review on here and it is a real pain.Draper take note, you need to rethink the sticky label and come up with something better.

Very good general purpose driver
I wanted a cheap but good general purpose driver for around house, I found in this. It's old design ratchet mech. works fine with the old prob of the front ring & storage cap coming loose with use, no big deal. I stopped rattling bit storage by using it's no3 Phillips bit plugged into cap which then holds assembly nicely, the bit holder in cap can also be used as a finger spinner with the extra bit extension, a pleasant surprise. Useful bit sizes so won't have wrong one when turn up at job, hopefully. It is made to price so tolerances/materials reflect, provided one does not get rogue unit should serve well. WD40 to remove label good idea, most people will probably have.
