Good for thumbs, but I think I will try grand lotus.
this is good, but the little sharp edges do not really catch on your thumbs unless you are pressing down hard. I am considering trying a grand lotus design.

Well made, works well
Very happy with these - grip is 'grippy' enough to not slip and they are much more comfortable against your thumbs than the narrow tipped stock tips.

Nice hop up for your radio
Great value for the price, if you use thumbs for the gimbals. This works well. There are bigger gimbal sticks than this but these works great already
