This is fitted in a room 16’ x 12’ and is more than ample for keeping it comfortable. The phone app makes control easy and convenient and to present has shown no problems at all that are mentioned in other reviews I have read. The heater is very aesthetic and looks very nice on the wall, almost unnoticed most of the time as it blends and looks natural to the decor of the room. Highly pleased and would recommend these, I shall not be returning to radiators or standing heaters again after trying this design.

The legs go on easily you would have to be a bit silly to put them on the wrong way.To connect to the internet turn off your 5ghz WiFi then do the set up and after you can just switch it back on.Good heat but as others have stated the temperature display is set 4 degrees lower than it actually is.

Works well, keeps the room heat, and it helps me a lot to keep up with these cool winters. emote control and integrated Alexa works upto the marki strongly recommend to buy one with a good price.

Followed the instructions by the book, even re-programmed my router to 2.4ghz only. Refused to connect after 6 attempts across two devices. I’m pretty tech savvy but have little patience with poor usability. Such a shame as the heat was powerful / silent and a good looker. Please employ designers and user researchers when building software.

A stylish heater on alexa. It was easy to connect to Alexa after a couple of misses but it works fine. I've noticed that it sometimes is not connected (rarely happened) but like a Windows computer, disconnect (pull out the plug) and plug it back in and ask Alexa to turn on the heater.I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn't take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month....

1) the unit is relatively attractive and can be used as either as a free standing model or wall mounted model. I'm using it as a free standing model for portability.2) DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY.. in order to register the heater you will need the 13 digit barcode number which is available in one place - on the bottom of the box - on the outside where all the wear has worn away the barcode - so yup - registration is nigh upon impossible....3) Princess does not use consistent terminology - so when looking for the model number you will not find it on the heater itself....in fact the term 'Model Number' does not appear on any in-box literature....4) the PrincessHome app is buggy and does not work well. I was able to install it on my iPhone 12 Pro, however it would not connect to the heater even though the heater was literally inches away from my router and I manually entered all the required info. - so not so smart. Cudos to those who can get the app to work.5) using the heater manually, it does a good job of heating a fair size room.

Im very happy about this purchase. That was the best choice in this year to bought it. Very easy and simple to use, looks amazing and the most important its super efficient. Less then 20 minute made my room very hot. I love this product so much and it was worth the price. And one more important thing its completly silent 🤩

Edit: May 2020Opting to return the heater. It is not smart. Would be an excellent heater if actually connected to the internet. As another reviewer said, it’s smart functionalities are not reliable.Edit: 29th April 2020Addressing one comment below re scheduling. You are able to schedule the heater through the app. select the setting icon in the app and away you go.Edit 24th April 2020: upgraded to a 5 star review. Does exactly what it says. Set up on the app is temperamental but once online heater works as described. I use google home and the connectivity is excellent and very responsive. Im blaming my first negative reviews on slow internet. Since I have changed WiFi channels the panel heater has worked perfectly. One caveat, make sure you buy correct watt panel heater. If in doubt go for the 2000w option. Heater looks very clean. Better looking than most heaters. Now happy with purchase.Edit: 21st April 2020. The heater works well. I am still working out how smart it is. My WiFi has been incredibly slow. Not sure if this is related to the heater or not. The heater can not find the WiFi when the WiFi is slow. Trying to work out if the heater is the limiting device for the WiFi network. All other smart devices are fine. When connected to WiFi the heater works as it should. If this was consistent it would be 5 stars.Heater works fine, but its not that smart! Took ages to get the app working, persistence paid off. That was day 1. Day 2 (April 18th 2020) and the app can not find the heater and my google home can’t find it either. Will likely return as Smart function doesn’t work. All my other smart devices are working fine. Pity as the heater does look good. Spent a while selecting a smart heater, unfortunately chose this one, it’s close to being very good.
