I know the taste is not the most important thing about a multivitamin, but I have no way to tell if these vitamins have effective ingredients or do what they say they'll do.What I can tell is that they're freaking delicious! Fruity flavor, perfect texture, sugary coating. They make taking vitamins a treat. I wish I could find a non-vitamin form! I could eat a whole handful of these things. 😆

This my second order. I like these vitamins because they are smal and easy to chew and swallow and taste fine.

I take two at night and 20 minutes later I am sleeping like a baby. These gummies make me sleep until morning there is no waking up in the middle of the night .

The taste is great, not a huge fan of the texture compared to gelatin gummies. However, my friend whose diet is strictly Kosher loved them and kept them! They have all the essential nutrients at an affordable price.
