They really help!
I love these heel inserts, the do a great job of correcting my supination.It is nice that I can easily remove the inserts and place them in different shoes.They are very comfortable, I would recommend them to anyone suffering from supination or over pronation.

I replaced hard inserts from my foot doctor with these.
I like the 'bounce' in these better than the hard inserts. They do not shift around in my hiking boots and the lateral wedge shape is perfect for my knee/foot problems. They may be slightly thicker/higher that the ones from my foot doc, but they are significantly more comfortable for me.
