Good quality but useless for intended purpose (football boots))
Bought these for my 14 year old's new Adidas Predator football boots as he had heel pain, but despite buying the correct size they are far too wide and high in the arch and heel sections to properly fit in the boots. They would probably be fine for trainers or normal shoes, but are useless for football boots. This is extremely disappointing, seeing as they are advertised as specifically for sport shoe use.

This > Memory form insole
Long story short, it became manditory to wear steelcap shoes provided at work (retail). They are uncomfortable that I even bought the store memory form insole. The insole suffice but overtime I had been given more work hours lately that those insole weren't enough to prevent the aches and sore the base of my feet were feeling. Also thirteen hours rest weren't enough either like working all day and finish at 6pm and working the next day at 7am.Heck I even revert back to my old but comfortable shoes (it's a risk but hey they aren't exactly looking down at my feet anyway) but the ache and sore remained. Needless to say I needed something more quality to ensure my feet to be ache and sore free and this is where this come in!So I bought these and put it on. A week later and a couple of rest later, my feets are feeling fine at work! Ok sure they are not fullproof cos I still get abit of ache on full day at work but at least my feet ain't feeling so sore after work!! I even thinking of buying another to place them in the steelcap shoes if they start asking question about my footwear!

Great arch & heel support but little added comfort
I bought a couple of pairs to use in the wellington boots I use on a dive boat and they are perfect for my use. I can swap them over after each day and allow them to air and dry. They are quite stiff so slide in and out nice and easy.If you need something with a lot of cushioning, these are not the insoles you're looking for. They do however have great heel and arch support. They are showing little sign of wear even after a couple of years use.Very good value for money.

He seems quite happy to wear them and has taken them to school ...
Bought these for my teenage son who has just been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. He has only just started wearing them so cannot really give much feedback as to whether they help, or not. He seems quite happy to wear them and has taken them to school to wear for he PE lesson. He seems to find them comfortable enough but as I say, it is too soon to say whether they are helping with pain relief - hence the 4 star rating. I am however, considering buying a few more pairs so he won't have to keep changing them from shoes to shoe.

Plantar problems or aching feet?...These will help immensely
I am a size 42, had suffered from the Plantar Fasciatis condition for around 18 months and these insoles certainly helped the foot recover (in unison with spiky ball exercises daily and suitable footwear).I use these for normal business wear shoes as well as inserts for trainers, sketchers and indeed slippers around the house. These are probably the best I have tried, having sampled around 3 other brands.

Orthotic insoles
I used these to replace my insoles in my closed sandals which had worn out. They worked pretty well but not that comfortable. The problem is the raised arch part is too near the heel on my foot. After a few days I got used to them but still a bit uncomfortable. Also cutting to size, I cut them to size 8 which is my UK size but found they were too small, so suggest you cut to a size larger and see how they fit.

Brilliant if you are trying to correct foot posture.
I'm trying to help my son correct his walking. He has a tendancy to go over on his heels. Did some research and came across these. My son walks to school every day, he is at high school and walks about 3 miles to school and whatever steps inside school. I bought a pair of hush puppy black school shoes and these inserts. I can honestly say, once he got use to them, they have worked. There is minimal wear on his more pronounced side and a slightly smaller amount on the opposite side. They did take about a week for him to get use to them in his shoes, but now he takes these out and puts them in his other shoes and he tell he is walking better. My son is 14.
