FELCOCUTTING BLADE 2 4 11 L208, Silver

Over 30 years ago I was told by a professional gardener to buy Felco secateurs and that I wouldn't regret it ... how right he was. If you watch any gardening program you will always see Felco on there and for all the right reasons too.At the time I bought the Felco 7 version (there are loads of versions to choose from now) and they have never let me down in all those years.I decided that I should buy a few spares, 'just in case', and the Anvil Blade and Cutting Blade are the obvious two to buy, as they are at the 'working end'.These secateurs are easy to dismantle and keep sharp (TIP : Don't overdo the sharpening though as they will keep their edge for ages !) and I for one will never look anywhere else for secateurs.5 Stars all day long from me !

Great for replacing the old blade of the secateurs (no.2) that I use regularly for work. The blade had lasted years and sharpened well but had started to wear away leaving a space near the tip. Though I had often sharpened them with a chain file to be fair. It was very easy to swap over and replacing the spring made a big difference too. They now feel like new and only the grip covering shows a little wear. Have had cheaper secateurs snap in my hand before causing injury and weariness of using them. Would have bought some new ones but saw the spares advertised and thought I'd try rejuvenating them. Will buy some new ones in a year or so and possibly a new holster. Felco secateurs are worth every penny, nice to use and would last some people a lifetime. Wouldn't choose to use anything else.

Just first class in every way. Very useful to have a spare cutting blade, which can easily be put into the Felco 2 pruners and the older blade removed for sharpening.

I bought my secateurs eight years ago and by chance saw that I could get a replacement blade. It came the next day and looked quite difficult to fit on first impressions. However, it was very easy in practice and took just a couple of minutes. I delighted and my secateurs are like new again.

Original spare blade for life secateurs! Felco are the best by a long way. Japanese secateurs are sharp but can be brittle.

The one and only brand worth buying! Why? Because you only bug once! Then maybe a few years later some maintenance! Never do you need a new tool once you own one. Unless its a different product.

this is just exactly what it should be. Very precise lines and edges... fits right where it goes in the pruners.

Wish I would have bought sooner. This blade has made trimming so much easier. Easy to replace the blade.
