Open your mind to the new world opening up ahead...
It's something of a cliché nowadays to say that the world has changed irrevocably over the past three years but just because it's a well worn phrase doesn't make it any less true. And it's a guaranteed truth that there is not one person reading this who could say that life has remained exactly as before. The world is truly a different place and although that change brought many challenges if not a fair share of pain for our lives, as with any crisis comes opportunity. And this book - along with the others in the series - offers a classic doorway to such opportunities. It is a book that urges us to see the world afresh. To take the lessons learned and look at the issues that humanity faces through the lens of what we have been through together as a human family. To realise that perhaps this really is a clarion call to us all to think differently and crucially to seriously consider how we can move through this world and interact with it in a beneficial way. Both in a literal sense of travelling but also in ways where we can be at one with the world how we find it wherever we are. Now more than ever - with all that we know about our impact on the environment that we live in - the age old advice to travellers to "leave no trace" and "do no harm" runs throughout this book in its mission to encourage a less destructive interaction with our fragile world. And in his inimitable style the author takes the reader on a bracing tour of all the ways in which travel as a vegan is possible. So whether after these difficult years you're just starting to dream of the possibility of a return to travelling or you're already back in the saddle, this book can be an essential part of your journey ahead. Open it up, open your mind and heart to the new possibilities within and dream of a new world to discover and explore!

Loved this
I found this a really helpful insight into changing views towards and away from veganism. I didn't know India had started to eat meat as well as some of the health problems associated with eating meat.It has helped open my eyes to how with a little planning, it is easier to be vegan. He also offers some useful tips that would be good for anyone looking for a better travel experience.

I'm Ready to Veganize The World!
I am a new vegan and was world-weary after Covid and how to maintain my vegan values whilst on holiday. But this incredible book changed all that. The extensive resources and tips at the back of the book alone are worth the cost of the book. I used some advice on finding and connecting with local vegan communities to reach out to vegan groups in Southeast Asia before going to Thailand and Cambodia in January. As a lone traveller, I felt I had a ready-made community on arrival. This book opened up the world!

One of a kind
If you're looing for a vegan travel guide I would highly recommend choosing this one. Firstly, the world has be drastically changed since the Covid-19 pandemic and being a modern bookthis travel guide accounts for it. However, what's even more unique is that the author, Todd, managed to put a positive spin on the whole ordeal, highlighting ways in which the pandemichas resulting in more awareness of the environment, among other things. Beyond being the most up to date travel guide available I also love that this book is just so practical. There's novague hints and ideas, just concrete advice which you can follow. Useful websites to visit, apps to download, and countries to visit. However my favourite thing is the food cards.Nothing could make being a travelling vegan easier than having the phrases which you willneed all written down in one place ready to go so that you can just sit back and enjoy therestaurant experience without any anxiety. There's also a really useful synopsis of eachpotential destination which clearly outlines exactly what to expect and what to be cautious of.Pictures and personal stories throughout show me clearly that Todd knows exactly what he istalking about. Who better to write a vegan travel guide than a vegan with 11 years oftravelling experience under his belt. I have been totally inspired to travel by this book andhave a renewed sense of adventure I thought I lost during lockdown. This is a book I will takewith me everywhere I go abroad, and if you want to make your life easy and get some greatinspiration, I recommend you do the same.
