The product is great. Showed up in a timely manner. Awesome detail. Only problem I have is he's missing a gear. Not sure if it was missing in packaging, or if he lost it. But we've looked everywhere, including the vacuum lol. And it's not there. Overall great gift.Update 3/15/23:After realizing the boy child didn't lose the part, I contacted customer service and they sent the replacement part within weeks.They even sent a mini space shuttle thing for him to put together. With its own set of instructions, as a way to apologize for the inconvenience ❤️

this was a lot of pleasure to build, a lot of moving parts including the engine and trans, looks great.

After reading the reviews, we tried to convince our 9 year old to get something else, but this was the set he really wanted.He spent about an hour a day over two weeks. I helped him just a few times: mostly looking for pieces, or helping him push in a piece that was hard to snap in place, or pulling out a piece that he accidentally put together.The instructions were easy to follow and all the pieces were there. We’re so proud of him for completing such a challenging set!
