❌Avoid at all cost. Had the unit installed via WiFi and by Ethernet and will not connect to internet via Ethernet. Will sometimes connect to WiFi, only after switching all power off at (Consumer Unit RCD) and running through the self diagnostics process. It will then stay connected to WiFi only if I plug/ charge car immediately, after around an hour or so it will disconnect again. A internet connection is required as well as a terrible app.Customer service! They have never heard of it. There is none! You have to go through the self diagnosis that then cuts off at the end and send you an email saying you have not described the problem.Once again do not buy!! Avoid unless you enjoy having to reset you Comsumer Unit each time you want to charge.

The unit switches off after every charge requiring a reset at the fusebox.The after sales help team are woeful. They don’t reply to emails. When they do they don’t phone when they say they will. I am a persistent person and they promised me a new unit but it didn’t arrive. They did send an engineer to fit it but of course there was no new unit to fit. They are hopeless.After leaving this review my next step is to write to them advising I will be taking legal action through the small claims court for the cost of replacement.Whilst the units look nice, if they go wrong you will be completely ignored.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Update 2: It took them a few months, but support team finally got back to me after lots of emails from my installer. Once they replied, communications were good - hopefully a sign that things are changing for better, and I received a replacement unit. The new unit looks ever so slightly different and I haven't had issues with it so far, so I guess they may have updated it.Update: Started going to red LED status and there's no number on the website to call, live chat is not available, and so far I haven't received a reply to support ticket. WiFi setup doesn't work either. Terrible experience. Finally managed to contact their technician through my installer - knowledgeable and very helpful - they have some good staff working there, it's a shame nearly impossible to reach them.Original impression: The design is compact and modern, probably one of best-looking chargers out there, delivers 7+kW.We don't have solar panels so won't comment an this functionality.One thing to consider is if you want to make use of cheaper EV tariffs like "charge anytime" you'd need to set it up through supported car, not the charger (at least at the time of installation). If your car is not supported by those tariffs, you may prefer a charger that works with them directly - check with energy supplier.

I was after an EV charger that was subtle, understated, without a screen and unteathered (e.g use a detachable cable). Finally i wanted to ensure if stolen, it could be disabled remotely (by EO via serial number)The EO Mini 3 Pro scored on all frontsBrilliant !!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS CHARGER.My charger developed a fault and I raised a ticket with EO on the 9th June 2024, this was within the warranty period. Today is 18 Aug and no one from EO has contacted me, despite following up with them on over 12 occasions. I’m told each time that someone will call and they are escalating’ this with their manager. Reading the reviews from others, this appears to a common problem. Based on my experience I would not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Don't expect any help from the manufactors if you have an issue. Had a week of the charger not charging the car overnight. Not sure why but have to cross finger and hope that when you wake up you will have a fully charged car.Update:The schedule charging stopped working. So could only use it as a dump charger.Returned the charger and replaced with ohme epod.

I have been unable to use the charger since purchase. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a call back from EO Customer services: it is impossible to speak to anyone other than someone who logs calls and who is apparently unable to do anything else.

The app isn’t the best- Keeps logging outI leave the cable plugged in, to the wall box. The when I replug my car in, it doesn’t work, I have to unplug and plug-in from the wall box again.EO not great at coming back to issue, been waiting 7 daysOne day it just didn’t work for 20 minutes even tho I restarted the whole system—-/It works well otherwise after these issues, reason I want for this is because it’s smallEO if you read this, sort out the app & firmware!
