Great stir fry ingredient.
This product is amazing. I bought it to add to my stir fry at home but I have also used it in slow cooking recipes and it is brilliant in chilli. Just don’t use too much as it packs a punch. Good value and quality product.

Tastes great, although is Cantonese version so flavour is different from a Pixian.

Great in stir fries
I love adding a tablespoon of this to my wok while cooking a stir fry of some sort. It goes well with all the vegetables I use, and you really only need that one tablespoon of it to flavour the whole dish. It's quite salty and tangy and essentially seasons your meal. It lasts for ages in the fridge.

Fiery
Excellent chinese cooking ingredient it delivers warmth in abundance and I also used a quarter of a teaspoon in a large dollop of mayonnaise to go with a chicken sandwich. It is spicy hot so be careful if you like subtle heat and not blow your tongue off heat
