Love the look.
As reviewers have pointed out, it is not finished well on the edges. Also, the corners crack fairly easily. But it looks nice for now and that makes me happy. Delivery time is fairly long.

Looks beautiful but...
Overall looks good. I bought this for bottom cover, but unfortunately it didn't snap well. Whenever I lift the mbp, I must hold the whole bottom, otherwise the bottom cover is falling off. The lid cover is heavy enough, it will close the lid from 45 degrees angle. I wouldn't recommend the lid cover to any one, it will damage the lid hinge over the period for sure.

It fits!
A1990 MacBook Pro with a touch bar. The color is soothing in person. It snapped on and fit like a dream. the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that if I touch it, it looks like I left a nasty greasy spot. I'll update you all in a few months to let you know how well it held up. I added stickers to mine too. :)

Looks good and stays put!
Lovely wood grain pattern & color, does not have a “plasticky” look. Easy to clip onto my M1 laptop, and it hangs on tight: I attached a Duex second-screen and a swing-out magnetic arm to hold and charge myphone (Duex slides out to the left, arm swings down to the right) and this case has no trouble supporting them both. And looks good doing it.(Since the Duex magnets and the InCharge swing arm attach with permanent glue, I wanted a snug case like this to protect the finish of the laptop: when it’s time to sell, I’ll discard this inexpensive case and have a blemish-free laptop ready for sale or trade-in! And if the buyer wants the Duex and magnetic phone charger/support, I leave the case on it!)There is ONE flaw: the silicone keyboard skin makes it slightly more difficult to type, and the lower left corner kept jamming the “Fn” key down. Easy fix: use sharp scissors to snip away the edges of the skin that covers the Function key. That solved the issue.

Fit is good, but the wood pattern doesn't extend past the edges
Delivery took a month (!), but arrive it did. The case is made with a slightly rubber-feeling bottom and a smooth top — good choices. There's good attention to detail, including the fit, the cutouts on the sides (that leave your ports accessible), and the keyboard cover that leaves unprotected the one key — at the top right — that should never be covered because it's a fingerprint reader that locks and unlocks the computer. So far so good. The only thing I don't like is that the simulated wood doesn't extend past the top. When viewed directly from the front or sides, the plastic bends to provide protection, and to grip the top half of the clamshell. That's fine of course, but those edges are clear plastic. I was expecting the woodgrain pattern to shown up there as well.Still a pretty good buy...if you can stand the long wait.

Looks good, stays on (except keyboard)
I had one of these for a previous macbook, so when I was forced to upgrade due to a failure I grabbed another one of these for my new M1 PRO. It looks really good (people ask me what is that notebook, they don't realize it's a mac with a cover), and I've had no problems at all with the cover staying in place. Not so much for the keyboard though, as before the thin film keyboard cover just gets in the way of typing and doesn't want to stay in place during use, so I just leave it off. Plus the fact that it doesnt/cant cover the fingerprint on button is just jarring. So no points off for that as it was expected. The biggest plus for me in particular is the beefier feet than previous models. They really stick to the table to prevent the MBP from sliding, which is extremely important to me as I'm in an RV and the laptop sliding off the table is a real possibility during unexpected hard braking (as some dents in my previous now dead laptop will attest to, although it actually died due to accidentally inhaling too much beer).

Protect Your Mac
As someone who has experience water getting into your keyboard and a fallen laptop, I recommend protecting your mac. I chose this design cause I wanted that wood look for laptop and keyboard. Its a good convo starter :). Other than that easy to install, lightweight, looks good and provides protection for the mac.
