Sturdy pasta moulds.
So far only used the ravioli mould. It’s well-built and solid and I am pleased with it so far. Once I gently press the past to the inner surface of mould though, I tend to put in a lot of filling, so cant use rolling pin on top - I just use a pasta cutter instead to get well-filled ravioli. Great buy so far.
