Gelli Arts 5 x 7-Inch Gel Printing Plate

Arrived safely and well packaged - thank you. After watching several videos on its use- buy a professionally made one for artworks that you may work on seriously. It has a flat smooth surface and care needs to be taken when cleaning (use baby wipes) and store flat and clean after use. Good for hobbyists and children's art but you could buy smaller ones for that. It's a great product to experiment with and there are instant results from a single 'pull'. However with practice and forethought you can get incredible layers and depth of colours.

Really pleased with this Gelli Plate. Prints very well. Arrived on time in good condition. Happy!

Great way to start monoprinting. Very satisfying to roll out colours and have a result in just a few minutes. Totally addictive. Great for clawing back some creativity.

Didn't think I would get in to Gelli printing quite like I did (going off previous attempts with plates belonging to others) but now I regret not having got the A4 size. Think before you order - you might find yourself hooked on this.

I watched plenty of videos to find out how to use this method of printing before committing myself to making this purchase. I already had lots of acrylic paints and brayers plus bubble wrap, leaves and other interesting things to create texture. I immediately had interesting results from my first experiences with my Gelli plate. The added bonus is cheap printer paper works beautifully so no expensive papers needed. Image transfer from a fashion magazine was much more challenging and I only managed one.

Arrived well packaged and in excellent time. It works perfectly. Artists recommend it's kept sandwiched between sheets of copy paper rather than plastic, which I've been doing and it's staying smooth and working well. I would add a word of warning though! I used newspaper to roll off excess paint/clean off my brayer and then used the brayer on the gel plate - the plate still works fine but it's permanently marked with the newsprint, every word of it! Use plain paper for your brayer every time.

I love my new gelli plate 9x12. It’s a great size for working with mixed media art design. I look forward to many hours of enjoyment!

They are fun to use ad make great backgrounds for many projects.

This gel plate works well and is fun to use. I have created dozens of interesting cards and journal pages with it!

I have other sizes. If you care for these plates appropriately they’ll give you years of pleasure.
