3mm Gloves

Second time getting these as delighted with the quality. Good fit and use them daily in the sea when swimming in the winter and they work very well

Bought as a cheap pair to last the rest of the colder months, and so far so good. Definitely don't feel as premium as other brands, but feel strong as does the stitching on the seams. Not bad at keeping hands warm, but not the best. The wrist strap is a nice addition and I've found they want to stay on my hands firmly.

I have have been swimming in cold water wearing these gloves for a couple of times and they really make a huge difference. I did not get cold hands and I felt I could stay in the very cold water longer than usual. I really recommend them. They seems strong and are made of good material.

I recommend going a size up if you order. I got medium but they are too tight for me unfortunately. Look like decent enough gloves though.

Very impressed with these gloves from TWF.My friend booked white water rafting for late January in Bala and I initially didn’t want to go thinking the water would be too cold. After being outvoted, I thought these would help keep my hands from freezing in the icy water.During the rafting, the gloves kept my hands dry and warm. I could see the jealously building up in my friends eyes as their hands started to become red raw from the cold. Unfortunately, I fell in and although water did enter the glove, the glove kept my hands warm throughout the 2 hour session. I’m so glad I bought these and I’m sure I’ll make good use of them in the future too.Well worth the price and good build quality. I bought a medium and they fit perfectly.

I was introduced to these gloves when I met two women swimming in the sea who spoke highly of them. The gloves are a very reasonable price so I ordered a pair. They arrived in good time . They appear well made ( seams are well stitched). They fit well and are reasonably easy to get on and off even After swimming. I would have given them five stars for fit if it was possible to tighten the wrist straps a little more. Having said that I never feel they are going to fall off when I am in the sea. (I am just aware they could be held more tightly around my wrist.)I swim in the sea nearly every day and wear the gloves for colder days. Today (15 Nov 2019) the sea temperature was 10 degrees and the outside air temperature around 5 degrees centigrade. I was swimming for 20 minutes and my hands did not feel uncomfortable either during or after the swim.For anyone new to open water swimming who doesn’t want to spend a fortune on kit I would certainly recommend these.UPDATE July2020Love my gloves. I have continued my swimming throughout the year since November at temperatures down to 4 degrees . They are still in really good condition. I am wearing them in summer as protection against jelly fish! Highly recommend.
