For under £7, this injury tape works perfectly and has helped me massively!!! Great value.Sticks to the skin well, and stretches the way I want/need it to.Some tapes can surprisingly be hard to use, but don’t worry, this one is easy.Came as a compact well packaged delivery, and would highly recommend.10/10!(Looks stylish as well!)

It's ok but there are better tapes on the market. A bit too stretchy and curls at the edges easily

I have used this tape on a number of occasions and it always stays on and helps with any injury’s that I have sustained. The right thickness and can also be cut in half to make go further. Good strong adhesive all in all a perfect Tape for the job .

I was pleased that the camo design was actually regular camo and not the luminous green camo. Used for an Achilles into calf injury. Have only used more expensive ones in the past given to me by a friend that's a physio & sports therapist so I was curious to see if the cheap ones would be very terrible in comparison.Application: it's more thin than the one I'm used to so the first section I cut I messed up but soon got the hang of it.Performance: I had re-triggered an old injury when landed badly and was in so much pain I couldn't walk properly, lifting my heel up from the floor was excruciating. I applied over section that I cut down the middle to split into a long V and then two more full strips, and on my second application I also used a fourth small short strip. With the tape I definitely felt support in the area and a huge reduction in pain.Removal: this is where things didn't go so well, it was very intensive adhesive and although it gripped and stayed in place for days without problem, with the exception of one tiny edge that slightly lifted and curled but only a few millimetres, it was far harder to remove than the take I'm used to. The skin also felt a just a tiny bit sensitive. This was ok for my leg, I made two applications & would use it again but definitely I wouldn't use it on and area of thin or highly sensitive skin such as on areas of torso.Overall: not bad for the price. I'm continue to use the roll as and when needed butt only on areas of skin that are thicker. In terms of repurchasing I'd rather pay the extra for the one I had before (better/ stronger quality with far easier removal) but equally, would I buy this again in an emergency or if I was pretty broke? Yes.

This tape did the job it was intended for, which was to tape up son's sprained thumb. Easy to cut in half for smaller straps and also easy to reapply if a mistake was made.

Best purchase of my life. I've never used KT tape before so I'm not sure how to compare it to other brands but it sticks really well (make sure to round the edges though) and makes me super super flat which gave me an unbelievable amount of euphoria. Will definitely be buying again!

This is good lasts a long time better than any other tape I've used

Mi sensación es que no aplica la tensión adecuada cuando la someto a estiramientos, ya sean del 25% o del 50% y eso me lleva a tener que aplicarle mas estiramiento y no me dura mas de 3 días puesta.Tengo mis dudas de si volvería a comprarla
