I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this stuff is legit! I just finished my first pack, I take 2 capsules every day, among with ashwagandha and my drive, aggressiveness motivation and gym gains have been unbelievable.

After 10 days or so, mood was better, sleep was better, training recovery improved and much stronger in lifts.

This is a supplement combining a couple of plant-based / herbal preparations, each with reported benefits to male performance, particularly those functions related to testosterone levels and their effect on sports / athletic performance.The capsules themselves are medium-sized and so pretty easy to swallow with a glass of water (certainly not the biggest supplement capsules I've taken). The stated dose is 1-2 capsules daily with a meal, which is advised since Turkesterone in particular can upset the stomach if you're sensitive to it. I've had no issue at all with that, though I have been using the lower 1-cap-per-day dose. That, of course, does make them stretch out to a whole couple of months too, making the best value of the 60-capsule pack.There's mixed evidence about the efficacy of some of the ingredients, but the great thing about this preparation is that you get three similar-acting compounds in combination, hopefully maxing the chance of any purported beneficial effect. I lift three times a week myself, and have had a decent run over the last month since taking them, so you never know - they might just be doing the trick. They're definitely something I'll look to continue taking in the immediate term.

I completed taking the full dose of the tablets. To be honest I saw no identifiable benefits of taking the tablets such as boost in testosterone, improved libido, higher energy levels etc. However, I did notice that my skin started itching. I would not recommend this brand.....waste of money.

Good ingredients, vegan, but also a bit expensive. Not sure if it works as expected. Overall can recommend as a quality product.

Taking two a day for a month. Capsules had zero impact by any metric.

A good range of nutrients and in theory this should provide a boost in energy levels and libido but you would probably need to take 2 a day to achieve any noticeable difference, making them quite a expensive supplement to take on a regular basis.Capsules are on the chunky size but no unpleasant taste, which is always a bonus!Hope you found my review helpful

This supplement comes securely packaged. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Unfortunately apart from perhaps a little less fatigue I didn't notice any benefits after taking for 2 weeks. Others may get a better result
