I have purchased + used Poise ULTRA THIN #4 (blue box/bag) repeatedly for many years;Bought this ONLY because Amazon no longer offering smaller quantities (60 or less) in Poise # 4 "Ultra thin". (Really dumb of me - Looking back I should have just ordered elsewhere).I'm currently homebound + unable to go to store. I am NOT bedbound - I'm active at home.THIS IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE HUGE BULKY PAD I'VE EVER BOUGHT IN MY LIFE (60 yrs. old, Petite size 4-6 about 125lbs ).I felt like it probably is how wearing a full diaper might feel ? Yuk!Tried several days, thinking I'd get used to it- Never did. Threw bag away :(.Once or twice over the years, I've bought Poise "Ultra Thin" #5, and even that larger size much more comfortable.Why Amazon stopped offering sale of Poise (ultra thin) in SMALLER bag size of 20-60 quantity, IDK?I ended up forced to buy LARGE BOX here (Lowest quantity offeredin ultra thin style=144, 48 per box X 3 boxes)Poise Ultra Thin #4.I had good reasons why I did not want the huge box of 144 initally (moving, broke, etc.).No reflection on seller that product HORRIBLE.A shame they didn't offer the 20 or 60 per bag #4 in ultra thin style. And btw, the bulky #4 actually seemed WORSE at absorption! IDK why, maybe bc so huge + moved around. I can't speak for large women (? maybe more comfortable?)but I would NEVER buy again.I'd switch brands first.

It doesn’t have those “wings” to keep it ankeredTo your underwear. That is bothersome to me.

I love these, found them to be comfortable and absorbable.
