I enjoyed this book a lot as I’m on a new path onto healing and becoming the best version of myself day by day. Thank you for sharing this book with the great insights and new things to try and add onto my toolbox.

Its an interesting read albeit short, it is mostly a history of Hoodoo than an actual workbook or spell book. the majority of the content covers the history origins why, who where with a little on actual putting it into practices. If your interested in an origins story its perfect if you are looking to solve a problem not so much

Great book that's very practical and sweet.Layla comes across like a very good hearted being, but the advice she gives here is also very practical and straight to the point with out too much fluff.

I was curious about Hoodoo so I downloaded this free book. However, the content is different from what is written in the description. Instead of spells and practices, you learn about contacting the Universe and your spirit guides. Has the content of this book been changed? If so, the cover and description should be adjusted. Nevertheless, the personal stories in this book were heartwarming, so it was a nice read after all.

The world of Hoodoo is completely new to me and to be honest i had not heard of it before getting this book. I was intrigued to understand what it was and what it involved. The author explained this very well and with some of the spells made it very interesting to read. I enjoyed the learning aspect but Hoodoo is not something I could practise myself. But thank you for the lesson in history and culture.
