Flash Furniture Duncan Oversized Bean Bag Chair for Kids and Adults, Foam-Filled Beanbag Chair with Machine Washable Cover, White Furry

I ordered this for my husband who wanted a "bean" bag chair. I searched and could not find one like we all used to have. I kept coming back to this one with the memory foam and thought I would give this a try. I was debating on the size and after reading reviews decided to go with the smaller one which I am glad I did.Delivery was fast...came in a good size box. It comes in a zippered bag and so I removed the chair which is vacuumed packed into a cube. Directions say to let it sit 4-5 days. It started growing overnight and within a couple days it was completely to the size it should be. We pushed and rolled on it to get the foam to separate. It really is the size of the "old" bean bag but with the foam seems bigger. I think it is a bit heavier too. I am glad I stuck to the smaller size. Overall, good choice.

Love the color and the firmness. Very lightweight but feels solid. Easily adjusts to whatever sitting position you want.

The kids love them. And the dog does too. Best investment in 'furniture' ever. One down side and a fix ... The shell is washable, BUT the inner bag that holds the Styrofoam balls is horrible and will have ripped long before you go to wash it ...effectively making it not washable. However, when it came time to wash ours, I simply bought another and put the first washed outer shell outside the outer shell of the new chair. Now, I have a tough outer shell, an equally tough inner shell and a weak, flimsy inner, inner shell. You'll need to do this if you're going to wash it, but it's worth the extra investment. It looks really nice, it's got a tough shell and the kids and dog love it. So, I do vwr much so recommend, but plan on spending more if you're intending to wash.

We own a destination retail store and purchased two of these to put in our lounge area. They have been a huge hit for our younger customers. The quality is great and we love that we can easily wash the covers when they get dirty. They are big enough for two younger children to sit on together or an adult to sit in comfortably. We will likely order one more for our business and may just get a few for home too!UPDATE: we have had these beanbags for a handful of months now. Recently, I noticed a few of the foam beads rolling around, so I unzipped the beanbag to find three holes in the casing. Little beads were rolling around everywhere, but thankfully they all stayed with in the cover. There were three really frayed holes in the liner. I’m surprised the liner wasn’t a little more durable, knowing kids are constantly jumping on these bags. Anyway, it took me a little while to get all the beads back inside the liner and stitch it up. After that job was done and the covers were washed, I feel like I have new beanbags again. It’s unfortunate that it happened, but we are still very pleased with our purchase. I will likely unzip them, from time to time, just to make sure everything is intact. Hopefully that will avoid another big repair project in the future.

This oversized mint green bean bag is great! My son wanted "beans" in his bean bag not foam and this did not disappoint! There is a little lock and key on the outer bag so little hands do not open it up. There is a liner bag inside of the outer bag so you can quickly take off the outer bag and wash it without spilling the beans. You can't ask for anything more in a bean bag than what this one offers. I got it on sale at a very reasonable price!

I ordered this for my ten year old son, I ordered the mint one but we ended up getting a camo one. 🤣 Oh well. He just had hip surgery and is in a spica cast for the next six weeks so lots of bean bag chair time for him. It's huge and perfect for him to lay in!

UPDATE: 8 mohths after purchasing two of these bags, I noticed foam balls coming out of both bags. I opened the outer zipper cover, which is supposed to open by key, which I didn't receive, so I used a small screwdriver to pick the lock. After removing the outer layer I noticed that there was a second, thin inner layer made up of a thin, batting material, almost the weight of gauze, with another zipper. The seams along this interior liner had completely split open - even if I sew the areas, the seams and material are so poorly sewn and cheaply made, we will get tears elsewhere along the seams. I've contacted the company for two replacement liners, but their response has been to ask for multiple photos of the bag, including both bags together, in order to investigate and decide if they will do anything. How expensive is a replacement inner liner that is paper thin to begin with? After paying over $200 for both bags in conjunction with the terrible customer service from Flash Furniture, I would give zero stars if I could. Buy from anyone else!___________________________________________I paid $154.00 for this bean bag for one of my 8 year old daughters a few months ago, and it has dropped substantially since then. Definitely not worth $154.00 in my opinion. If my kids could veto my rating and give this thing 5 stars, they would.My daughters had been begging for bean bags for their birthday for a year leading up to it. I did some research and found this particular bag online. They had decent reviews, but a bad selection of color choices for what my kids would like - let me just say, forget coordinating these as a part of the house or a piece of adult furniture - I think both beanbags we ended up purchasing have are eyesores and certainly get in the way when my kids drag them out to their resting spots of choice.This particular bag came with a white faux fur cover. It is plush feeling, and feels like minky material to me. Most importantly for my daughter, it is soft and warm. My daughter (and the cats) love curling up on this thing. Often, I have found one or all three of them curled up in it together. I have also found her asleep in her room in the afternoons while reading - she doesn't nap anymore and always hated the idea of it. This must be super comfortable to get her to fall asleep without being asked.The bean bags themselves seem fairly well made - there is a zipper so you can detach the beanbag cover to clean. The bag itself is filled with small pellets of white foam balls. Other reviewers mentioned that they needed to purchase more of these pellets because their bags came fairly deflated. I did not find that to the case with the two I ordered.This bag is labelled oversized for a reason. It weighs 10 pounds, and is 42 x 42 x 19 inches- a size which in our house makes the bag (times two for the other kiddo) very easy for everyone else to trip on. It was shipped in a huge box, completely assembled and ready to go. As bulky as they are, they are easy for my kids to move around the house (by dragging across the floor) when they want an extra seat on the floor to watch a movie, read, play, etc. Maybe consider a larger size, we bought this because it was advertised as large enough for two kids to sit on - this was not the case for us, so we ended up with two.My kids use these constantly, but it is not something I would ever re-buy or recommend to anyone else in this particular size or price point unless their kids really, really, really wanted a beanbag, too.

This oversized beanbag chair is comfortable and big! Is great that my son can relax after being stuck in his desk chair all day for virtual learning. It’s comfortable for me as well!

Love this Beanbag material is solid .. packed well and it’s way bigger than I thought... my Grandson is going to love diving into this .. Great it has a lock with two small keys so kiddies won’t be able to take beans out .. also it’s light enough that a child could pull it around .. would I recommend this item.. yes definitely I would recommend it.. for all ages.

Very comfortable, I was happy with my purchase and was initially worried because of the price. Has removable outer cover that includes a lock and key to prevent any mishaps. The bean bag enclosure itself has two overlapping zippers that zip opposite to each other to further prevent any catastrophic situations!
