Handy little tool
This isn't the best thread chase but it is very easy to use and does the job to chase threads that aren't badly damaged or just gunked up. When I putting bolts back in anything, especially something aluminum, I grab this and chase the threads just to make sure they are clean and will threat in easily and not damage the aluminum threads. Worth the money

Thread chaser
It looks like it would work. I tried it on a bolt and seems like it would work. I just didn’t have a bolt that needed fixing.

Great thread repair tool
Life saver to repair bolts or studs damaged at the end where you can't get a die on to.

not as helpful as i hoped
this tool was a little disappointing in its effectiveness to properly clean threads damaged in the construction field, but the kids have found that it is helpful in removing staples from their schoolwork. so not a total loss.

Yery poor quality tool
The media could not be loaded. I have a similar thread repair tool for bolts up to 1/2 inch so I thought this would do the trick on 5/8 x 11 on a shaft for pickleforks. I ran it over the third threads about three times and the blades really didn't get tight enough to actually unbooger the mushroomed first two threads. After I found out the tool really didn't work all that well, then I noticed the damage after only using this to one time. Definitely would not purchase again

Not very good
It just doesn’t work well. Take the money and buy a cheap tap and die set.

on the go repair
This is a handy little tool, that will get you out of trouble. the last one I had lasted 22 years, before it finally gave up, my fault tried using it on 19mm Stainless, push a bit to much. if I get 20+ years from this one I'll be happy.
