Skinner’s Field & Trial Puppy – Complete Dry Food, Sensitive, Supports Gut Health, Key Nutrients, 15kg

This is great puppy food, loved by all of my pups. Can be soaked when first weaning. Better to use warm water if soaking. Not the cheapest puppy food available, but worth paying the extra money to give your puppy the best start in life. If you buy in bulk (bigger bags) it works out cheaper. I have used other brands of puppy food in the past, but find Skinners much better - they puppies seem to grow well on this food, putting good weight on weekly. I would use again and recommend.

We have two springer spaniel pups and they’re thriving on this food. Have tried other brands over the years but this is by far the best. Healthy pups and poos

Great size of bag for a growing dog. Very economical buy. Great for health.

We got this as our puppy came to us from the breeder on it. It’s well priced and a good balance of nutrition.Unfortunately it gave our dog very frequent foul smelling wind so we changed to another brand. I presume she didn’t get on with one of the ingredients but don’t know which. We’re now on a grain free food from another producer which has settled it.The kibble pieces are nice and small for puppies and seem to taste ok… well the dog thought they did.Would I recommend… yes every dog is different it just didn’t get on with ours (although she grew well and was otherwise healthy just the wind!)

Good but taken her off it as realised as she was only on it as her parents were working dogs. Weaning her off it now

I bought this as my cockapoo puppy had been weaned onto it before I took her home, so figured I'd keep her on this food as it is suitable for puppies and working dogs, which should appease the cocker in her!Her coat is really healthy and shiny, she has a lot of energy after eating this food, her puppy teeth don't struggle to enjoy it and we've got enough to keep her going for quite a while (I may have underestimated quite how big a 15kg bag might be!)Overall extremely satisfied, only took a couple of days to arrive on Prime Delivery which was a god-send as she ended up coming home a week earlier than planned and the price was around £10 cheaper than other well-known pet stores.

My dogs enjoy this food, it is good quality and good value for money, however as a prime customer I am notified the dispatch date of this product to be next day delivery and when DVD delivers it I get it on time, but when city link delivers it I am waiting days for it the last time was 5 days and in the meantime I had to go out and buy additional food for my dogs therefore not actually making a saving at all which was the initial reason for buying from amazon also when the food eventually arrived I found it left up against my front door, no one had signed for it, the food packaging and the delivery packaging had been broken and there was dog food everywhere and obviously food missing therefore I did not receive what I had paid for!! I have stopped ordering dog food from amazon because I am told that they cannot guarantee that city link will not be used again! City link provide very poor service and I have four dogs to feed therefore amazon are losing my custom and faith because of their failure to rectify problem with city link delivery service.

I have been using only this food for our 6 month lab, he loves it and thrived on it. However, since starting the last bag a three weeks ago his stool is loose and he is making lots of stinky smells. Nothing else has changed diet wise. Going to try another food
