very nice grill and was very easy to assemble

The packing didn’t protect it .
I’m requesting replacement parts but most of the dents I didn’t see till the next morning.It’s a nice looking grill if you can get it without the damage.

I was really looking forward to getting this grill. However, when we were assembling it, we found SEVERAL dents all over it. WE'RE NOT HAPPY ABOUT ALL THE DENTS. 😠We have not used it yet, so we can't say how it works.

Only got to step one. Missing 3 nuts for assemply. I could get replacement nuts for it but I'm afraid I'll run into more trouble. Clearly quality control was asleep. Didn't know that there was return deadline.

Not easy to put together
We waited to put it together until we got into our house open the package and the door was bent so it didn't fit properly nice size I like the idea of the window on the top

Good Grill
When my old grill finally gave up, I just didn't want to spend a fortune for a new one. First, I decided what I really needed. A back yard grill for the usual activities. Long story short, after a lot of comparing to the name brand stuff, I bought this one. I've used it several times now; usual grilling, chicken, hamburgers, etc. Completely satisfied. Assembly took a while; lot's of parts. But, instructions were good and I had no issues. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is because I haven't had it long enough. I'm betting I'll be five-star happy with it in a year.
