Dunlop 83CB Trigger Capo
Good sturdy product at a competitive price I have used cheaper however the saying goes "you get what you pay for" the few extra pennies for this capo is worth it good quality and long lasting. Very quick and easy to use. No further adjustment needed. I use it on a Semi acoustic guitar with no string buzz. Works very well in any position on the guitar neck

Brilliant capo for all guitars
This is the best and easiest to use capo I have ever had. I have two of them. So strong and holds so well. And you can fit it with one hand. You can go cheaper, but I think it is worth it to pay a little more and know something will work. I use this on curved and straight fretboards, and on acoustics and electrics. I have even used this on a mandolin.

Good capo - minimal 'tune' distortion
This is a nice piece of kit. A capo is a capo, is a capo? Well, probably not. They do vary. The build quality of this one is clearly very good. The spring looks and feels like it will last for ever and the paintwork is solid. Most importantly, the capo fits my guitar wherever on the neck I need it too (my trusty old Shubb capo needs adjusting on one of my new guitars as the neck is tapered). Clearly whether the guitar stays in tune with a capo on is down to two things: (1) the guitar itself and (2) the capo. This capo will not let you down. I doubt it anyway.

Top Quality and dependable.
Ive had many different capo's , most either dont work or break , or both. These Jim Dunlop Capo's are solid and dependable and built to last. This one i bought is my second , the other one ive had more years than i can remember and is till going strong. The problem is i'm always trying to find it amongst all my others so thought i'd buy a second one so i have one upstairs and one downstairs!!so worth every penny , even if they are a little more money than some others.

Simple; effective
I had already used one of these for several years; I now needed a second one for a guitar kept in a different location. There was never any reason to consider a different capo: this one is elegant, straightforward, and does a fantastic job. It's almost impossible to fit it badly; and even seating it well back behind the fret to leave maximum room for the chord-playing fingers, it rarely produces a buzzy string. Excellent product.

Okay product but care needed or you could damage your guitar
Firstly, it was a little scratched up when I received it, but not too bothered about that. It needs a very firm squeeze to open it, which is understandable as it requires a strong spring to get sufficient tension. However, when putting it on the neck, I found the design of the levers to a little too slim, and the pressure of the spring caused it to jump from my hand and hit the neck of the guitar. No harm done, and I made a note to be more careful next time. Unfortunately, when fitting it a little later, when opening the capo it slipped from my hand again, twisted and damaged the neck of the guitar, creating a dent that went right through the finish to the wood beneath. It's not in an area that will be seen, but annoying non-the-less. This may have been down to clumsiness on my part, and it was on my inexpensive mess-about guitar, but the design means that if you are unfortunate and let it slip (you need reasonably strong hands, unless it was just the one I have), it's likely to cause damage, unlike a more conventional capo. I'm sure many people use these without issue, but the design doesn't work for me and I'm not willing to chance it and it's going back.

My first Dunlop capo
I've always used Kysers, but I'm a fan of James Taylor and when I noticed he uses Dunlop capos I had to order one. Very well made and professional. Easy to use.

Good replacement
I got this capo as a replacement for one that lost its gripping power after several years of constant usage. The capo performs flawlessly, without fail. The handle on it makes it exceptionally easy to grasp and control. Great product!

Well made - in America too!
I use this to help setup my basses. It's well made (in America too) and is very fairly priced. Works perfectly.

Capotasto
Ottimo!
