True to size. I would order up if you prefer a loose fit.

Q: Does this jacket pill when you wash it?

It does not if washed correctly. Follow the makers guidelines as with any quality clothing you care about. Don’t cram your clothes in the washer, use the appropriate temp/cycle and don’t over dry. Better to dry slow and even air dry if needed. Hope this helps. It’s been an everyday jacket for me for some time now.

Q: I am 5'2 230 lb. Is the 2xl large in the belly area? I dont like my jackets tight

Whatever size you may wear you would probably need to go up a size. I am 5'4" and 160lbs and normally can wear a large but purchased an XL for shrinkage since I do remember something about cotton. You may want to do the same. It fits a little long on the arms but it does give a little extra room around the torso area. As sizes go up I don't know how clothing changes in shape, so how you purchase from here is up to you. :)

Q: The jacket arrived in shrink wrap. How do I get all the wrinkles out?

I highly recommend washing your jacket and drying it on a low heat setting or just an air tumble cycle. Otherwise the jacket will leave bits of fuzz and fluff all over your shirt. Washing will help with the wrinkles, too.
