You won't regret it. Great frying pan & an oven dish/ tray
Even baked sourdough bread on it though covered it with a large Pyrex bowl. German quality it is, indeed. Straightforward seasoning and you have got my assurance your eggs, potato pancakes , hash browns , steaks, bacon etc won't stick to it. The more you use it the better it gets. Excellent pan!
After stripping the anti-rust coating and seasoning once I cooked a salmon. It cooked perfectly without sticking at all. The handle didn’t get hot. It cleaned up easily. I think the pan will just get better with age.

重いけど、焚き火に突っ込んでも、ツーバーナーでガンガン強火を当てても歪まなさそうです。男って感じのツールです。継手を溶接で付けているせいか、持ち手は余り熱くなりません。個人的に肉を焼くのが一番かと。

La mejor de hierro.
Tengo sartenes De Buyer y necesitan un curado muy minucioso para extraer lo mejor de ellas. Aún así, el color oscuro que adquieren con el uso por fuera y por dentro les hace perder atractivo. Sin embargo, estas Petromax tienen un color oscuro y unas fisuras que facilitan enormemente el curado y la no adhererencia de los alimentos. Por poner una pega, son un poco bajas. Amazon.es, esupendo.

Einfach die besten Pfannen
Ich habe die Pfanne jetzt ein paar Jahre im Einsatz und die wird mir wohl auch ewig erhalten bleiben. Einmal eingebrannt, gelingt hier drin einfach alles ohne anzupappen. Jedes Mal werde ich von Besuchern darauf angesprochen. Ich habe die Pfanne selbst über dem Grill eingebrannt, man kann sie aber auch schon so bestellen. Die Reinigung ist denkbar einfach, einfach auswischen und nur bei hartnäckigen Resten mit klarem Wasser abspülen - nur kein Spülmittel! Die Hitzeentwicklung ist perfekt und gleichmäßig und die Qualität und Verarbeitung sehr sehr gut, daher ist der Preis schon sehr günstig. Eigentlich hat mir die kleine Pfanne immer gereicht, aber ich denke ich werde sie nun auch noch in größer bestellen.
