This product has solved a years-long dilemma for me: how to clean my silk and shantung lampshades. This dry sponge captured dust, fireplace soot, and pet hair and left my lampshades like new. Some of them had not been cleaned for years because I didn’t know to to approach it.I rinsed out the dirty sponge and let it air-dry completely before using it again. Worked like a charm again. I bought a second one because I have lots of lamp shades to keep clean!

I wasn't sure about this thing. But it works great! Dust and cat hair come off easily. You do have to pull off the debris from it while using or it gets back on the shade, but it's not a deal breaker. Would buy again.

.this is an excellent item, I had one before so was glad to see they are still available. it does exactly what it says, itcleans and dusts your lampshades, even the most expensive ones, and you will be shocked to find how dusty lampshades get. I bought two , one for myself and the other to give to my daughter.

Not clear in advertising that it cleans off dust only and sheds

They really are excellent for cleaning cloth lamp shades ond othe things like sneakers

This little tool was new to me and wow - it works great and is washable and reusable! Glad I have it in my cleaning kit : )

Works well but only good for one time and costs abt 4x what it’s worth for a one and done item.
