Fabulous book

This book was recommended as I was only using the recipes my Bread Maker came with. They were not great. Just a few slight changes to the recipes and made this first batch - the French Bread and it's so much more flavorful and better texture. I'd like to finish this in the oven to that's my next step but so happy I bought this recipe book.

The book is generally good with some tips, however the author says to leave the bread in the machine and the manufacturer say absolutely DO NOT

So far so good,,,did about six or seven different bread's and they all worked good,,,no pictures but that's ok...

This is an American book basic recipes and so far they have worked well.

All the recipes I've tried have worked out well - but there are so many of them!I haven't tried looking for South Tibetan Artisanal Lava Bread yest. I'm sure it'll be there somewhere.[joke - but it's a good book]
