The media could not be loaded.  I got the smaller size and it’s perfect. It’s easy to carry, straw works great, stoked that it comes with a cleaning brush. The only downside was it not fitting in the cup holder on the treadmill. Not a big deal to me. I love it.

Leaks

I love the taste of the water and drinks that come out of this. I feel the silicone protects the glass well and it's very easy to clean. Just the right size too.

The was a great water bottle until it wasn't. It was used every day at school and then today the handle just broke while walking to class. It was only used for 2 months.

I ordered this bottle and immediately was super happy with it. I used it every day for a week & referred friends to purchase as it was really effective on helping me drink more water. But the plastic handle on the lid broke (plastic handle peace that goes into the lid popped out as I was holding it and wouldn’t go back in). I didn’t realize it was permanently broken so I shouldn’t hold it by the handle - which seems like the intention of a handle. The handle broke off completely as I was walking home and the bottle completely smashed. Really disappointed in the quality.

The straw is not long enough. The whole point of why I bought a water bottle is that I drink more when I can use a straw. The straw is too short and I spill water all over myself when I use it.

It broke really fast , I used it to take to work and all of a sudden there was a whole at the bottom of the bottle .. won’t but this product anymore.
