I haven't used one of these devices before so need step by step instructions. I am quite techie but this has beaten me. I have tried googling but nothing works. I also bought a smarty sim to go with it and cannot use that either. I am not saying it won't work, but without instructions how am I supposed to use it! Hugely frustrating!

This doesn’t work - a waste of time and money. Battery flashes but no signal where I have normal 4G on my phone and where a neighbour says I should get a signal.

message sent to the seller, i had a message back saying they would be in touch but i am still waiting, still unable to activate the mifi even though i have got a sim card, instruction leaflet so small instructions barely visible, no customer service product useless.

No connection to network

Only scored a 1 star as it wouldnt let me not put any. Doesn't work, took to a computer shop and they said it was a dud.

I was unable to switch the device on…also the user manual was non existent so I didn’t know how to operate it correctlyI gave up in the end !!!!

Le istruzioni sono fatte male, solo in inglese e cinese e non sono chiare. Oltretutto si sconnette di continuo e bisogna riavviarlo due o tre volte affinché si riconnetta. Per scrupolo prima di fare il reso e la recensione ho acquistato un altro router pensando che potesse essere un problema dell’operatore telefonico. Invece il nuovo router non dà alcun problema. Chiesto il reso. Peccato perché è piccolo e comodo e avendo la batteria interna si potrebbe portare in giro, …. Funzionasse sempre/ sconsiglio l’acquisto

Me ah costado ponerlo en marcha, ya que no funciona bien con cualquier cargador, hay q poner un cabezal de carga compatible, pero después de unos días en funcionamiento va bastante bien
