Can't beat Oster blades but are getting very expensive. Take longer to get hot, and are nice and sharp.

I purchased my first pair of Oster clippers this week and I purchased this blade to go with it. I have to say it is excellent, cuts through hair like a knife through butter. I have a very old Golden Retriever who loves to swim and roll in mud. His hair is thick and matted(despite grooming) and to keep him comfy in the hot weather I used this blade which a lot of people moan about for a goldie as it is quite short. The whole job took 40mins, so quick and smooth. The blade doesnt get warm and the dog was comfrotable. Highy reccommend.

Bought this blade cos we have 3 dogs, 2 Miniature and 1 standard Schnauzers so at £33.00 each to be trimmed it paid for itself after one cut. The blade leaves enough hair on to look well groomed but not scalped. So better in cooler weather. I use to use 8 1/2 and 10 blades but these cut very short. Excellent product. Would recommend it.

Excellent item. Excellent company to order from. Made clipping my dogs hair so much easier and leaves a gorgeous smooth finish. Used on a Wire haired dachshund and a Cavapoochon. Don't forget to order the attachment combs at the same time.

I have 5 mini wire dachshunds who hate being stripped and was costing me a fortune at the groomers..so 3yrs ago i invested in some oyster clippers and have never looked back...this is the 3rd replacement blade i have ordered from this supplier and i cant fault them at all..the blade lasts about 12months clipping 5 mini hounds about 12 times a year if not more....very sharpe no dragging or knicking of the skin..i keep it clean and well oiled..i would highly recommend this blade 5☆

I'm satisfied, very smooth hair and beard cut. Don't forget to oil it after each use and it will last forever !

I don’t know if it’s this particular blade, or if it’s the whole range, but the blade i received is very sharp in the way that it catches the dogs skin!! I’ve been a dog groomer for 9 years, I haven’t made a dog bleed since I was training all those years ago. Since getting this bleed I have cut two dogs where it’s caught their skin!!! I will go back to Andis, this product has caused real problems for me. Not happy.

Tengo una máquina más barata que la Oster, pero compatible en cuchillas. Mi anterior cuchilla, del 10, pelaba demasiado y, sobre todo, con pelo fino (Yorkshire de pocos meses) no lo agarraba bien. Esta entra perfectamente en pelo denso, fuerte, más fino,... va muy bien. No es nada barata; pero el resultado es bueno y los perros no sufren. El rapado, para yorkshire, es bueno, ni demasiado fino ni muy largo. Lo único... lo de que no se calienta... a los 15 minutos ya está calentita; pero no molesta a los cánidos esquilánidos.

I love these blades they cut through my Maltese shihtzus hair effortlessly . They last awhile and you will know when they need replacing as they won’t cut the dogs hair /fur . I oil mine up with sewing machine oil after use to keep the blades from rusting . Also my dog groomer gave me hers when she moved away so that shows they’re 100% great .

Sehr guter Scherkopf - sehr gut und noch immer ohne Probleme bei mir bzw bei meinen Hunden, in Gebrauch, da zupft nichts - er schneidet und schneidet. Selbstverständlich sollte man nicht darauf vergessen, die Reinigung und die Tropfen an Öl dem guten Stück zukommen zu lassen. Dann macht er lange Freude.
