Crud Raceguard Mud Guard

I got this to replace a crappy clip-on rear guard that was next to useless. Cycling to work in the wet would always result in a wet backside and a soaked rucksack. This one fits easily (I had to use the supplied shim for my seatpost), tightens up nicely and stays in place, even after riding along bumpy cobblestones. The first time I used it in the wet, not only did I have a dry rear, but amazingly my rucksack was dry too. Top marks for keeping the spray away!

Good value & perfect for my spare bike (a hardtail MTB). Mounted on the saddlepost, and kept close to the back wheel there is very little spray getting to me, or to anyone cyclign behind me.MTB mudguards are usually sold in pairs front & back, with a totally useless front "guard." I rarely damage the front one, so I didn't need or want a pair.

Well built, simple to attach and works perfectly. Even made in the UK and comes with a guarantee, very impressed given the low price!

I have put this attached to the seatpost of my boardman racer and the difference it makes to the moisture and mud acculumating on my backside has far exceeded my expectations. No longer will I be mocked for arriving at the office looking like I had a bit of an accident!! Installation was a 30 second job also which adds to the overall rating. Great product.

Looked good on site so bought it ,Quality bit of kit only problem for me was my seat post is to big for me to fit it so gave it to the wife for her GT mines a Scott Scarle so take not if you want one.Most likely my fault for not reading up first but its a good bit of kit.If i find one to fit my Scott i will buy again.

Had Three nasty crashes since i purchased this and for its price i expected it to snap into 100 pieces each time yet it remained undamaged, collisions can move it but its easy to push back into the desired position. It does the job for its price just fine.

Habe die Kotflügel im Doppelpack für unsere Mountainbikes gekauft.Schauen gut aus und sind einfach zu montieren, allerdings sehr, sehr filigran.Aufpassen muss man, wenn man die Fahrräder am Heck-Radträger montiert sind, die Kotflügel biegen sich extrem im Fahrtwind, vorsicht, dass sie nicht an die Heckklappe schlagen und dort Schaden anrichten.

Nach langer Suche bin mit diesem Fender fündig geworden. Hatte schon einen von SKS, der zwar sehr gute Testergebnisse lieferte, aber das Design und vor allem die Farbe nie wirklich überzeugte. Bei dem stimmt einfach alles! Sieht unauffällig aus und in edlem schwarz. Das Ganze mit einer diebstahlerschwerenden Befestigung. Passt perfekt zu meinem 29' 2.5 Reifen! Daumen hoch! Geeignet für Biker, denen Optik und Design wichtig sind!

Super produit. Se monte facilement. Plusieurs tailles d'intercalaires pour l'adaptabilité aux différentes tailles de tube. Plastique suffisamment souple pour ne pas se casser lorsque le garde-boue est un peu tordu (je prends le train tous les jours où les vélos sont entassés les uns sur les autres, le garde-boue reste toujours en place :) ).Je recommande

All other post mounted fenders look like some weird science project. Crud has nice lines, wider, quality clamping system. I use mine on a 29er for winter riding, works great(I did add about 3" of material from a black laundry detergent container 3 years ago and it's still holding up fine and keeping the spray off my back.

Good product, a bit challenging to clip onto larger bars but a nice addition to my MB.

As noted by others, this really is not designed to be used on a bike where the rear break calipers are mounted right below the seat stem as you cant position the mud guard low enough - it ends up being 6" above the rear tire which looks goofy and make it less effective.

Awesome fender. Light, Easy to install and it works! Using it on a Kona Process 134 mounted on the KS Eten Dropper with no issues.

Does a good job of keeping your butt dry, which is really nice. The fender itself is flexible so you can hit it against stuff without breaking and the mount breaks away upwards, which also protects it from breaking. I've put them on both of my mountain bikes.

I could tell it was quality but it was not what I wanted aesthetically. I would recommend if you ride more off roads
