Perfect adult small is spot on
Using for my smallish size son. Basketball to go under shorts as he is taking a beating amongst those bigs when he drives the lane. Please keep in mind if your son is a teen & his team makes fun of him for wearing a "football" girddle for "basketball" you can explain until ur blue in the face that they are for basketball & soccer but u basically wasted your money bcuz of teen pressure!!!
