Takes getting use to
I bought this because I broke my wrist a couple years ago, I can relax and just throw and not worry about hurting. It's very adjustable and I suggest you play with the settings and see what it can do for your game ..

Great for All Bowling Levels
I've been bowling for about two years in a league and my average has been increasing. It seemed I was having trouble with a correct and consistent alignment of my wrist, especially when releasing the ball. This positioner helped me immediately to understand where and how my wrist should be. I don't use it all the time, mostly when practicing, but when I feel the problem is my wrist, this device helps me remedy the problem very quickly.
