I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis (severe pain i the arch of the foot when weight baring). It's usually manageable with stretches, but on Wednesdays I go to dance class after a full day at work and my feet find it hard to cope. This tape has been a life saver in that regard, I can keep my hobby as it just gives me enough support to get through the day and still function the next day too.With this tape I have managed to build strength and keep up my active lifestyle without doing damage to my already weakened arches. It has helped keep me strong!!!

Stuck really well. Supported my injury.

Started using KT tape to bind for social events where wearing a binder wouldn’t have been an option [swimming, and long hours at night] and honestly it holds well and if done right has decent binding capabilities. Only issue is I’m slightly allergic to the adhesive and I come out in rashes after using it lol.

Thought at first it was very good. But after 1h it started lifing on my daughters knee. So thought at first I must have done it wrong but after using it for the 4tg time and watching YouTube videos its definitely the tape that doesnt stick very well

Perfect KT tape, will continue to reorder. Strips are very long.

Not sure if I received a bad batch or what but this has the stickiness of a dry paper bag.Normal KT tape lasts a good week for me but this came off the morning after application and still managed to cause a skin reaction.Very disappointed.

Great useful product that gives support to you to stay active

I use this tape when playing sport as extra support for my knee as I’m recovering from an injury and I find it really effective. My knee feels stronger and aches a lot less after

I like that I can choose the color I want to use. The tape sticks really well and doesn't peel right up like some I've tried. I love the pre cut strips. That really makes it easy for me to get my knee taped up quickly. I've had consistentpain in my knee for several months and this really helps hold everything in place and ease the pain. My daughter used it for her wrist and she said it was easy to use and comfortable.

This tape has the same durability, and pain relief as comparable tapes for a better price. It also comes in cool colors instead of just boring black & tan. Hope they add patterns!

My first impressions: this tape applied well and was easy to work with. I like the weight and movement of this tape and appreciate that the edges are already rounded. It adheres nicely to the skin, but not to the tape when stuck onto itself. It lasted during handwashing on the places that were stuck directly to skin, but after one wash, it's not holding up well on places where the tape was stuck to another piece of tape, unfortunately. Other than that, it's worth a try, I think!
