Practice Makes Perfect: English Grammar for ESL Learners, Premium Fourth Edition

This text would suffice as a review for a native English speaker in middle or lower high school, certainly not for an English language learner. I am not sure why the author chose to add the phrase "for ESL Learners," unless to increase sales.
