I do not like the resistance when I pull out the drawer. Reason why I give it a 4 star rating

I liked most things about this product. I've learned from bad experience that you need to be very careful correlating the width of the cupboard and the width of the sliding baskets. The space taken up by the sliding gear can be deceptive.But I have replaced an all shelf pull out system with individual baskets and static shelves and the amount of additional space created is upwards of 60%. Maybe this was a fault of our own in purchasing the original pull out system as part of a new kitchen and we were duped by the supplier but I am well pleased with the outcome now.

This is a good quality product hampered by very meagre instruction and extra screws and little omega brackets. I initally thought they were to fix the basket in place on the draw runners but there are no hole to fix them to the runners. I can only assume are to fix the door to the draw so you open the door and pull the draw out. But there is no mention of these parts on the single sheet information.My only criticism of the draw itself is that the basket only presses into the very strong retaining clips but can slide on the same axis as the draw moves so although the draw has a soft close the basket does not always end up at the same place. Unless I am missing something with the lake of instructions but I do not think so.I have therefore put some small pieces of foam within the clips to try to prevent relative movement. We shall see if that works for a long time.Having said all that, I would recommend these and will buy again if the application arises.

I have tried four sets of such baskets from various sources.None exactly fitted the description, photograph or my requirements.These are close enough - sturdy and well-finished; but the baskets are not identical to the photograph, and are narrower than advertised.Nevertheless I have fitted them - they do the job.

I can highly recommend this pull out tray for adding extra storage space without taking up much cupboard space. I am quite a keen cook and have filled my spice rack and needed extra storage. This tray fits into the top of the kitchen cupboard, pulls out smoothly and hold lots of jars, tubs, packets. I wish I'd bought one (or a few) years ago!

The baskets are deeper than most, sturdy and the soft close mechanism is impressive. Fitting was relatively straightforward and minor adjustments to the width were possible b6 the method of fitting to the side rails.These were the second batch I have fitted from the company, Fittings.come.

Very sturdy and easy to fit although the instructions were minimal.

Had a handyman install this as we simply don't have the tools but it wasn't too taxing and was done within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the smooth mechanism and it seems to take a lot of weight without sagging. Really pleased with it
