Thank you very good quality. It's not the first time I have ordered this.

Bought this for my 2020 as the makers one was more expensive than the printer and others gave it a good review with the 2020. Removed the protective paper and the plastic clip on front cover and pushed it in and guess what? it worked ! can't be bad. I only use it occasionally for printing documents and have had he original toner for some time. I will give it 2 weeks and if no problem will order another for a spare. Seems a suitable alternative to the Samsung one for my use, and just over 1/3rd the price

Hmmm.... I confess to a little of the "in two minds" over this.The good - it's easy... shake it, pull off the paper, pull off the plastic cover, slot it in and shut the printer -- same as the original toners. Fits perfectly, not worries.Recognised right away by the printer, no fuss, no errors.The "middling" - after ONE page the toner register says 98% left... it's reacting the same as the "start-up" toner. I have doubts over the 700 or 1000 page rating... I suspect it;s only about 500 pages as the start-up toners are.The bad - for some reason (*) it loses faint grey-scale detail.I printed a picture with the original toner then printed the same picture when I replaced the toner (about five minutes after the first print, so age isn't an issue) - there is an OBVIOUS difference between the two images.The original toner gives a subtle grey shading in the black (example, folds in a black cloak on a fantasy figure) -- the new toner just gives black.I'll take photos and upload them for the examples)(* I think, perhaps, the original toners are finer and spread less during the fusing process; the after-market toners are coarser and spread more when fused)It's a little disappointing but not a game-killer.Advice? If accurate grey-scales are important then stick with original toners...If you print out text, university work, web pages, etc (or, like me, print out black and white images for art reference) then this will do fine for you.I have doubts over the stated quantity of the toner, but it's not bad for the price.

This item is much cheaper than the "official" version from Samsung I have purchased several and only had problems with one of the cartridges. I contacted the supplier and they immediately agreed to send me a full refund. Excellent service!The quality of the print seems just as good as the original, even, perhaps, a little blacker. I shall certainly continue to use them.

it took a while for the printer to recognize the cartridge, even following all the steps, it only worked after I restarted the computer and the printer, but the quality is very good.

Excellent product and service. Had no issues installing. Seller followed up without any prompting to give advice on installation which was helpful. Quality of toner so far so good. Am pleased that I did not have to fork out for Samsung toner at the higher price when this is entirely satisfactory.

I have a Samsung M2020W printer. I don't print much so toner cartridge longevity is important to me. I purchased this cartridge 10 months ago and it is still performing well. I didn't notice any difference in the quality of print produced using this toner cartridge compared to the original Samsung one.

Totally does the job, for a fraction of the price of the original Samsung cartridge. I've only recently got a laser printer after years of using inkjets, and I was a little concerned that this might be like a cheap inkjet cartridge, where the colour wasn't a true black and lines were left out. I was worrying about nothing - can't tell any difference at all with what's coming out. Seems to last for ages too. My only real quibble is that they seem pretty significantly overpackaged, but that's par for the course with printer cartridges in my experience.

Wir haben den Toner jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal gekauft und wir sind echt zufrieden. Er hält was er verspricht! Bei uns hält er ca 6 Monate und wir drucken viel !!! Auch gegen Ende ist die Druckleistung noch SUPER. Ich hatte schon Toner, wo die Farbe bei 30% schon blass geworden ist. Nicht bei diesem Toner! Er hält wirklich bis zum letzten Prozent! Gute und deutliche DruckergebnisseDer Toner lässt sich leicht einbauen und wird sofort vom Drucker erkannt. Wirklich einfache Handhabung! Würde ich immer wieder kaufen !!!

Ho Acquistato la cartuccia in oggetto attratto dal prezzo molto vantaggioso e forse per questo ero dubbioso sulla qualità e sulla riuscita della stessa mi sono dovuto ricredere la cartuccia è perfetta la stampante non ha avuto nessun problema a riconoscerla la utilizzo ormai da oltre un mese e la qualità della Stampa è ottima la consiglio tranquillamente sia per il discorso del risparmio economico sia per il discorso della qualità
