The product is very effective is soothing existing (minor) dermal issues and preventing new ones from reoccurring - including for adults.

Out of date product!
DO NOT ORDER THIS. I recieved the cream today and all 3 tubes were our of date by over 1 year!! (best before Jan/2022).I will be returning.

Seems to work!
Not used for the stated purpose, but to relieve skin problems on my invalid wiife's legs resulting from poor blood circulation. She was hospitalised with cellulitis, but came out worse than she went in, with bed sores, ulcers ....and long strangely green toe nails!Prescribed treatment (containing benzalkonium chloride) made her problems worse, so she's probably sensitized to quaternary ammonium compounds.Managed to clear up skin problems and all but one bed sore/ ulcer by treating with Bepanthen.The last deep ulcer is in the hands of the NHS.As I said: It seems to work.

Expiration date!
I've ordered the Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment Triple Pack just to find out that the expiration date is JULY. I have only checked the expiration date now. I have two unopened creams that are about to expire. What am I going to do with these two creams. This is very upsetting.
