Cheap But Useless - Avoid.
Whilst I wasn't expecting something so cheap to be long-lasting, etcetera, I did expect the knife to be sharp enough to accomplish its primary purpose. The blades are so blunt that when trying to peel apples/potatoes/etc., the knife "stutters" through the skin and usually takes chunks of the fruit with it. It makes peeling really hard work. I've tried to sharpen it with needle files but the metal is so cheap and nasty, it will not hold a good edge. Very disappointed in this knife and I would not recommend purchase of this item.

Not an easy peel!
I was very disappointed with this as thought it looked exactly like my previous peeler that I had for years (but think I inadvertently threw it out with the peelings!) and worked perfectly and almost made peeling potatoes a pleasure. (I know very sad!)Unfortunately though, unlike the last one that just glided over the potato, it drags quite a lot which is very frustrating.On the plus side it didn't cost much.

We already have some good quality stuff from KitchenCraft so I bought two of these. Big mistake. Both are blunt. They don’t peel, they shred. And the gap in the blade is too narrow so peelings get stuck and the blade has to be cleared every five seconds. A waste of money.

It was cheap and it peels spuds and apples
It did what it said on the tin! I’m not going to get all emotional or over enthusiastic about it. It’s only a spud peeler after all!! Well priced!!

THE WORST EVER PEELER!
TOOK FOR EVER TO RECEIVE AND THEN IT WAS ENCASED IN PLASTIC THAT WAS IMPOSSIBE TO REMOVE!? WTF!
