Why does this model operate for 30 minutes while other Panasonic models using the same type battery all operate for 90 minutes?
Bought this for my elderly father in February 2014 - less than a month ago. After replacing the battery, it doesn't work. What are my options? How do I return & what about shipping costs?
can this trimmer be turned on and off with one hand or is it a two-handed operation (like Norelco) - held with one hand and twisted with the other?
This product has run wisper quiet. Now it makes a rough grinding like noise. The handle works fine, so something to do with the blade. New blade??
