Great product actually works very big help for my wrist. Good for multiple exercises very well. Made I highly recommend this product. Economically designed.

Raises you up so not usual position for cat /cow, downward dog etc. a little wobbly when putting all my weight on them. I don’t feel safe, like they might tip forward and twist my wrist

The wristbuddy is great! Great for folks who need extra support when doing down dog or any other balancing poses where you would use blocks for support. Highly recommend

These do get you hands and wrists in a better position. The level of comfort depends on how big your hands are. Larger hands will find these a better fit than smaller hands.

Pretty good and fairly versatile but awful uncomfortable to sit in so gotta have another block for that
