Just got it today and I’m very impressed. Good quality. Super Bright and well made.

I received this product twice. The first sign was mistakenly created using a wrong "Est" date. When I made the company aware of their unintended mistake, they quickly reacted and created a new sign with the correct Est date I had originally ordered. There was no pushback or questioning and they reacted fast. I received the replacement sign in less than two weeks. That is proper customer support. I will be buying additional signing from this company as gifts to relatives and friends. Having a family-name sign is fun, looks great, and is impactful to visitors.

I really this product, is it made from a good acrylic material, I loved the LED light around it. It came as I thought it would be.

I like the script I used, the clear acrylic word shaped backing, dimmable switch and generous cord length.Our house has an enclosed porch where people can sit and look at the river. The sign makes the room a destination. You can see it from the street and the yard. WE use it as light to welcome us home at night .

This sign was purchased as a gift for friends who are getting married soon. They picked out the font and text they wanted, and they are very pleased with how it turned out. It is beautiful and meets all expectations. I found the ordering process easy, and the water resistant add-on feature is a plus as the sign will be used outdoors. The delivery time is amazingly fast for a completely custom item.My only complaint is that I was not able to contact the seller to ask questions, get clarification, and get a more exact mock-up of the sign - this feature is not functioning properly and does not accept text, only numbers which are not associated with anything. I was unable to find a phone number or any other way to contact the seller on their website either. Since this was a gift, I wanted to be perfect so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Thankfully it did turn out very well. I can recommend this product, the seller just need to please fix the ability to contact them.
