Great tasting cocktail sauce that is much like the old Cross and Blackwell sauce.
If you liked Cross and Blackwell cocktail sauce you will really like this sauce. I used Cross and Blackwell cocktail sauce for many years and was really disappointed when it was discontinued. I tried a lot of different cocktail sauces and was never able to find one that I liked. I had tried Heinz cocktail sauce in the past and didn't like it. After trying and disliking all others I tried, I decided to give Heinz another try. To my surprise, this version of the Heinz cocktail was very different from the past version and tasted remarkably like the old Cross and Blackwell cocktail sauce. I plan to continue to buy this brand in the future.

Great value. DELICIOUS FLAVOR!
Impressive bright seasonings and great FLAVOR. I believe Heinz can market same product using much healthier CANE SUGAR.HIGH FRUTOSE SWEETNER, disappoints. THIS IS A FAIR PRICED, GREAT VALUE, FOR SUCH A TRULY DELICIOUS SAUCE !!

Perfect
This is my favorite sauce to dip my shrimp in. It’s a little spicy, a little tart, and a little salty. It’s a perfect combination for battered shrimp.

Good cocktail sauce
Sweeter than other cocktail sauces but still good. Not as much horseradish flavor as other cocktail sauces but still good.

Yum!
Thick and tastes good. Was happy to find it here as our grocery store(s) in our town don’t carry it.

Acceptable if you aren't big on Cocktail sauce
I don't personally have much occasion to buy cocktail sauce. To me this particular brand is on the spicy side maybe for horseradish as an ingredient or something. I didn't read the list of ingredients on the bottle. If you notice, some pricier brands that manufacture cocktail sauce in small batches maybe that might affect the cost, maybe high overhead, the desire for higher profit as perhaps they don't sell much of it so the demand or lack of it affects the price idk.So is it a good value? To me is because I use it very liberally if ever a few times a year. Compared to the kind you find directly in front of you or off to one side or the other in the fresh fish and seafood section of grocery stores. If they use more horseradish than Heinz brand, then I am glad I didn't pay more for costlier brands as Heinz here contains more than I prefer so it doesn't make sense for me to pay more for something I don't even like or use much for the horseradish content.Opinions will vary with individual tastes. Me, I am okay with this even though I am not big on spicy fare.
