Excellent interconnects but check your actual requirements first.
These are excellent cables, a good introduction to audiophile listening and possibly the best sub £50 cable to partner good equipment. They are also exceptional good value. The other only option I could mention based on my direct experience in the sub £20 price bracket are the Profigold interconnects (which now seems to be called Bandridge PG).In short:Both interconnects will be a vast improvement on standard, many cheap or even many posh looking cables and are better than a few expensive ones I tried. They will play well in any system. The QED profile series in addition is also extremely flexible making very easy to set up equipment.I think the QED are the best suited of the two to playing good recordings on a quality system, whilst I would recommend even more the Profigold to improve on the shortcomings of compressed MP3 files played on modern entry level systems (unless heavily based on DSP processing).Mini ReviewI compared both using with 24/96 FLAC master recordings as well as 16/44 lightly compressed high quality CD recordings, played through a good quality DAC, feeding Linn amplification and Rogers floor-standing speakers (i.e. a system which I rate very highly indeed). Both interconnects were 1.0 m longBoth are an excellent buy but for different reasons, as their signature could not be more different. With the QED the music is very detailed yet natural, accurate and tonally well balanced. The upper high frequencies are well rendered but can sound a little subdued on some recordings. The soundstage is good. Mids and voices are excellent and a little warm. Presence is a bit forward. With this cables it is possible that an even better DAC may be needed. I will run another test shortly using a Sabre 9018 based machine. With the Profigold the rendition is brighter, the bass more subdued and the music is less room filling, but the bass extension remains very good.Details is incredible at this price point and the soundstage opened up a little. Mids and presence are a little thinner but perfectly placed and extremely well rendered both musically and spacially. So which is the best? Actually both!In the end on this particular systems I did prefer the QEDs. But I think both have their strong merits and both will be very good in any system. However for well recorded files played on more refined systems I think the QEDs are the best suited, but I would recommend the Profigold even more for entry level systems and people playing standard modern MP3 recordings as these tend to put emphasis on bass and presence at the expense of clarity, rhythmic precision, details, soundstage and balance. The Profigold will certainly help the most to tighten up the music and improving matters.

Excellent Cable good value upgrade
I already have two of these cables. They are a perfect first upgrade from cheap cables bundled with stereo equipment. The bass is tight, controlled & punchy. The midrange & highs are clear & dynamic. The plugs are slim & easy to plug into the array of sockets found on modern equipment. A good value upgrade & looks well made.

A Noticeable Improvement
I am no hi-fi expert but replacing the cable that came with my outstanding TP-Link Bluetooth Receiver things noticeably improved. We are talking a mid-seventies Yamaha CR 420 receiver and B&W DM-5’s but the setup is much better than my very expensive outside FM aerial. What is more they look and feel gorgeous, no idea how they work but I am very content with them and they arrived the next day too.

Quality hifi interconnect
Needed to run audio from Alexa to separate amplifier and this does a super job. Good quality at great price. So good I bought some more for my other separates!

Great improvement over the old cable
Bought this on the strength of the what HiFi reviews. The one it replaced wasn’t a budget one (no idea where it came from - had it for years), it had gold plated connectors and thick cable. It certainly didn’t look cheap. But the improvement in sound with the QED cable was instantly (and surprisingly to be honest) noticeable. For reference it’s used to connect an Audiolab M-Dac Nano to a NAD 3020 amp.

Far superior to the free included cables that come with each purchase.
This cable is good value for money. It's very easy to spend a lot more, but this is for streaming from my iPhone to my hifi amp. Spending more would yield little improvement I think.

Great audio leads from QED
I bought two leads to link a new Ruark internet radio system to my TV (to replace a sound bar) and to a CD player. The leads have both functioned perfectly and the sound quality is very good in both situations. I would thoroughly recommend this product. I have purchased QED products previously and have never been disappointed.
