Works very well but takes up two plug sockets
Works perfectly, no problems.I find the size of them is a bit bulky and if you use it on a double wall plug socket or 4-gang extension you'll not be able to plug anything into the socket directly next to it, so be aware of that.I've included a picture of where to find the time pointer as this is not obvious from the instructions and it took me about 5 minutes of frustration to figure it out.Apart from being very wide and taking up an adjacent socket, these work very well and I am happy with my purchase.

More than adequate for most jobs requiring a mechanical timer.
Many of the electronic timers struggle to control low current loads such as led lighting. These have no such problems. Keep reasonable time but do not make automatic adjustments for daylight saving. Ideal for automating tasks which require repeating at the same time every day and good value for money.

They work - cheap and cheerful.
At first I couldn't find the arrow for setting the current time (maybe this has changed as another reviewer mentioned it was under the blue line). For reference, the small arrow on mine is on the edge of the inner plug part (there's a notch in the edge of the centre plug part just to the right of the top hole of the 3 plug pin holes). Just at the bottom of this notch is a teeny tiny little white plastic arrow. It lines up with the the marks/numbers on the white face of the revolving dial.Giving these five stars because they work, despite being fairly low grade plastic. I have a similar one that is better made but more fiddly to set up.

Very stiff
Sent these back as couldn’t get the pins to move, they were stuck solid.

Not made in Uk
Everything good except I was shocked to see that they were made in China when I believed from the advert the item was British made!

Some malfunction, use with caution
The seller was very prompt both in sending these out and then sending out a replacement for one which stopped functioning (it was always 'on' regardless of what we tried to do to fix it including making sure the switch on the side was set to 'timer')We later had a second timer switch 'break' with the same problem. The other two have been ok so far (after nearly two months of use) and they do function well. The design is simple to set compared to more high end equivalents.Overall the product seems to be of unreliable quality. If you want a cheapish switch to use short term then these will probably do the job fine.We use these to help save money charging up devices at night on an Economy 7 plan, so we keep a close eye on the ones we use to make sure they're not using power when they shouldn't be!

All working
Using to control garden lights and an aeration pump for the fish pond. All seems to be working as it should. Only thing is that the marker for the actual time is difficult to spot ad it's tiny and the same white plastic as the rest of the unit. FYI - it is around the one o' clock position.
