Q: Does the poem read "hearts" and not "heart" as it says in the product description? Singular is grammatically incorrect as it says "from our (plural)"

I have just had a look at my son's graduation glass teddy and the poem does read "heart" and not "hearts" - although I would recommend this gift as it really is lovely. My son graduated a couple of years ago and still has it on his bedroom windowsill. Hope this helps.

The poem is written on a small piece of cardboard which is inserted into the presentation box, yes it can be removed.

Q: Poem says "we wish" but i want to address this present by myself so it really should say "i wish". possible to change?if not, can it be removed?

It is presented in small plastic clear box as seen, there is a small inscription inside the rim of hat, mortar board, which can be removed and and altered, you can change the wording - I am not sure if supplier/seller does this.
